Conditions & Procedure

The goal of the Worksheet is to provide a comprehensive list of quality awards and to help people apply for awards and keep track of their activities. To this end, it has links to hundreds of Award Sites around the world, which offer over 1,200 individual awards, and space to enter notes in the source document with a text editor. Simple and easy to use, it's a great organizer!

The Web is dynamic and constantly changing. New websites are being added every day and existing sites sometimes move, or even close down. The Revisions to the Worksheet was created to inform people about changes that relate to awards and Award Sites. It provides current information, to the best of my ability, so they can update their copies of the Worksheet.

All the links in the Worksheet are checked every week with LinkAlarm, and any changes are listed in the Revisions page. New Award Sites and discontinued awards are also listed. I depend on my own research, Award Sites!, and email from users for this information. My heartfelt thanks to all the kind people who take the time to inform me about the changes they find.

Host Versions

Host Versions of the Worksheet and the Revisions to the Worksheet are available now if you would like to host them. They are valuable resources, and they will increase your traffic and help you promote goodwill! These valuable resources may be hosted in your website under the following conditions:

	You must first obtain my permission.

	They must be offered free, without obligation, to anyone who wants to apply for website awards. People must not be required to submit their names or email addresses to download them.

	I update them every other week when possible, but at least once a month. You should update your copies once a month to ensure that people have access to the latest information. You must update them at least every month within 30 days after the last update or your permission to host will be revoked.

	The titles of the pages are "Website Awards Worksheet" and "Revisions to the Worksheet". You must not change or remove them.

	The date is displayed above the title on both pages. You must not remove them. The dates help people determine which changes in the Revisions page should be copied to the Worksheet they downloaded.

How to Apply

If you would like to host these resources, please email me with the title, URL, and a description of your website (maximum 50 words). If your site becomes a host, I will use this description when listing it as a host in the list of Approved Hosts. This listing is my show of appreciation to the wonderful people who are hosting the Worksheet in their sites.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to decide which websites will be approved as hosts. Approval will not be given to any sites that contain sexual, racial, sexist, violent, abusive, or illegal content. Please don't waste your time, or mine, if your website has this kind of content, or if it has links to any sites with this kind of content.

If your website is approved, I will send you the URL of a page that contains more details about The Hosting Program and the URLs of the Host Versions of the Worksheet and the Revisions to the Worksheet. You may download the Host Versions of these pages immediately if you agree to comply with the conditions and guidelines outlined in The Hosting Program. They're designed to make it as easy as possible for you to host these valuable resources and to get the maximum benefit from hosting them!
