The purpose of the Best New Award Site award is to honour outstanding new award programs and their webmasters. Every month we review a large number of award programs, and among them are some excellent new programs. By intent and example, they promote higher standards of design and content and help to make the Internet a better place for everyone. For the best of these new programs, and for them alone, we reserve the Best New Award Site award!
